If you are looking for a life altering opportunity, you’ve come to the right place. Because the Dr. Emmett J. Conrad Leadership Program matches highly motivated college students from Senatorial District 23 with internships, mentors, character and skills building experiences, and community service projects/programs that will change their lives.

The Conrad Program is much more than “just a job.” If placed, you will join more than 2,100 former interns who have been afforded the opportunity to secure paid employment in their respective majors. These young people have benefited from the invaluable opportunities presented through this program and so can you.

The process is highly COMPETITIVE and membership indeed has its privileges.

But before you get started, please review the site in its entirety to make certain you meet the requirements and agree to participate in MANDATORY events like community service projects, skills seminars, and character building workshops.
